David Greene is the co-host of the BiggerPockets Podcast and author of two real estate investing books. Those of us who use rental real estate as a tool to achieve Financial Independence are likely familiar with BiggerPockets and some of the associated personalities. BRRRR stands for Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat The BRRRR method has made money for a lot of real estate investors.
